The Otter Project is a program of California Coastkeeper Alliance, the leading voice for swimmable, fishable, drinkable waters statewide since 1999. California Coastkeeper Alliance is a member of the international Waterkeeper Alliance, a network of water advocates with more than 300 programs on 6 continents.
